out in nature.
Living in such a fast-paced environment, we’re often moving so fast that our minds and bodies can barely keep up. It’s no one’s fault, life’s just like that!
So in order to make it more meaningful, mindful and fulfilling for ourselves, let’s come together, spend 60 mins in nature, pause & recalibrate.
The concept is simple, to gather, move a little (beginner yoga), pause a little (meditate) and write a little (journal with guided prompts) at every month-end, in the Universe’s best classroom- nature.
It’s always nice to find time and be on your own, yet share the energy of the group with like-minded folks.

Anyone looking to reconnect with themselves and press pause on the chaos. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please note: We are in the process of securing a location that is accessibility-friendly. Do reach out directly or share in comments to highlight any concerns or considerations.

BYOM- Bring your own yoga mat. (Or let Tiffy know if you don’t have one of your own, she’ll help sort you out) Writing materials provided, however writing in personal journals are strongly recommended, note-taking on digital devices are discouraged.
